Software Tester - Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software products
- Identify and report bugs and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Develop test cases and plans based on project requirements
- Execute test cases and document results
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with various testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, etc.
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working with web-based applications
- ISTQB or other software testing certifications
