Land Surveyor
Location: Mombasa, Kenya


We are currently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our growing team in Mombasa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide data for construction projects. This role requires strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience with surveying equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine accurate property boundaries and prepare topographic maps
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports, maps, and charts
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate surveying activities
- Keep detailed records of survey data and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with the development of project plans and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Experience with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month. In addition to salary, we offer accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and a round-trip ticket for our employees.
