We are a busy and growing restaurant located in the beautiful city of Salalah, Oman. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our customers. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality and consistency in food and service, maintaining inventory levels, and handling customer concerns. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, monitoring expenses, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the food industry, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage a team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. We offer temporary housing for employees who are relocating from outside of Salalah. Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service standards
- Create schedules based on business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency in operations
- Monitor expenses to meet budgetary goals
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality in food preparation
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
