Dismantler Supervisor

As a Dismantler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the dismantling and recycling of materials in a safe and efficient manner. This includes managing a team of dismantlers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and maintaining equipment and tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports of materials processed. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dismantling or a similar field, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is located in Clairvaux, with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the dismantling process of various materials such as metal, plastics, electronics
- Manage a team of dismantlers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain equipment and tools used in the dismantling process
- Keep accurate records of materials processed
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience in dismantling or similar field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to dismantling materials
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1000 per month
