Head Baker

We are currently hiring for the position of Head Baker in our bustling bakery in El-Ain. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations, including creating new recipes and managing a team of bakers. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of 1500$, and we are open to candidates from Egypt or Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new recipes for baked goods
- Manage a team of bakers and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure all baked goods meet our high standards of taste and appearance
- Order supplies and keep inventory stocked
- Train new bakers on techniques and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ability to create unique recipes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- High attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification from a culinary school or baking program
- Experience working in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
