Office Administrator

We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team in Al Buraymi. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, as well as providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time-management skills. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1300$. Candidates with visa sponsorship or without experience are welcome to apply, as we value diversity and are committed to providing equal opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Maintain electronic and physical records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
