Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of project plans and designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Review project proposals and provide technical guidance and expertise
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, models, and specifications for construction projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
