We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensure all baked goods are made with high quality ingredients and meet food safety standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimal baking results
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders as needed
- Keep track of production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist with decorating cakes and other specialty items
- Clean and maintain bakery area, including equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas
- Train new employees on baking techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions precisely
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Salary: $1400 per month
