Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm in Ashdod is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial design and construction, as well as a thorough understanding of city planning and building codes. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and processing plants. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of city planning regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using design software
- Ensure that designs comply with all relevant regulations and codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it meets the approved designs
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
