We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team for residential construction projects in Los Angeles. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures, such as walls, floors, and roofs, using materials like wood, steel, and concrete. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans to determine project requirements
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials
- Cutting and shaping materials using hand or power tools
- Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, etc.
- Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Working with other tradespeople to complete projects on time
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Experience in carpentry or similar field preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and use various tools for measuring and cutting
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds
