Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Handyman to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, suitable for Malayalees and Canadians who do not require English proficiency or prior experience. However, candidates with biometric passports will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken appliances
- Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting work
- Inspect buildings for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Keep track of inventory and request supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good communication skills in Malayalam or English (French for Canadians is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (if applicable)
