Job Title: Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be willing to relocate to Al Ahmadi for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Monitor and manage construction progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government officials.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Al Ahmadi for the duration of the project.
