Shaper - Product Design and Development Specialist


As a Shaper - Product Design and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and developing new products that meet customer needs and align with company goals. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage projects from concept to launch. Your main focus will be on shaping and refining the design of products, ensuring they are innovative, functional, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and analyzing market trends to identify new product opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and engineering to develop new product concepts
- Creating detailed product specifications and design briefs
- Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D/3D models of product designs
- Conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of product designs
- Identifying potential issues or risks in the development process and providing solutions
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet design requirements
- Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure products are launched on schedule
- Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to make necessary improvements in the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in product design and development
- Proficient in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD)
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototype development
- Excellent project management skills
- Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Location: Split, Croatia (open to Indian nationals)

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
