Administrator - Full Time (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Our growing company in Nakuru is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all administrative functions of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday (9am - 5pm)
Salary: $1700 per month
