Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to increase business and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices for ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management is an asset
Salary: $1300 per month (tax-free)
