Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise locations and measurements of land boundaries, features, and structures. Your duties will include analyzing survey data, preparing reports and maps, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for managing survey equipment and ensuring its proper usage and maintenance. This full-time position is open to Malayalee candidates with or without experience in land surveying. Accommodation can be provided for those who do not have a biometric passport.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and other relevant data
- Analyzing collected data and preparing reports, maps, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensuring the accuracy of survey measurements by following established procedures and protocols
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data, including notes, sketches, and calculations
- Managing survey equipment and ensuring its proper calibration and maintenance
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, or government officials on projects requiring accurate land information
- Adhering to safety standards and protocols while working in the field
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:

- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Experience with land surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, etc.
- Proficiency in CAD software for mapping purposes
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania (accommodation can be provided for non-biometric passport holders)
