Welder in Salalah


We are currently hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Salalah. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together for various construction and manufacturing projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month, along with provided accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, and debris
- Set up welding equipment based on the type of metal being used
- Weld metal parts together using various techniques such as fusion welding, brazing, or soldering
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Repair any defects or weak spots in the welds

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in operating various welding equipment and techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
