Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Dar Kulaib. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation will be provided. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures, as well as experience with wiring, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of electrical systems. You should also have good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to electrical codes
- Read blueprints or technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring systems
- Use tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and power tools to complete tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Stay updated on advancements in the electrical field to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- Proven experience as an electrician (freshers are welcome)
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment if necessary
