Welder for Industrial Construction



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Welder for Industrial Construction, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components used in the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Measure and mark cutting and bending lines on metal materials
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Repair damaged or broken metal components using appropriate welding techniques
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in an industrial construction setting
- Proficient in using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working on similar projects. Fluency in English is required for effective communication on the job site.
