Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Herzliya. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to plan and execute all aspects of the project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with excellent project management skills. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client's specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Coordinate and manage project teams including engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, and other project expenses
- Review and approve contractor bids and invoices
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various professionals
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
