Concrete Worker

Our construction company in Karachi is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms for pouring concrete and ensure they are properly aligned and secured
- Mix and pour concrete into forms using appropriate tools
- Smooth and level concrete surface using trowels, screeds, or power floats
- Finish edges of concrete to specified smoothness
- Install control joints as needed
- Monitor drying process and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Clean equipment after use and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses
- Familiarity with hand tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
