Radio Technician

We are hiring a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing various types of radio systems. You must also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio systems
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Work independently or as part of a team as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with radio systems
- Strong understanding of radio technology and components
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be physically fit as job may require lifting heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
