We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Consultant to join our team in Izhevsk! As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our online clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support to customers
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify and address potential issues or opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (English language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options. We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Non-Russian citizens are welcome to apply, no English language skills are required for this role.
