Online Consultant for International Recruitment - Work from Home


We are a leading international recruitment firm, specializing in connecting top talent with job opportunities around the world. We are currently seeking Online Consultants to join our team and assist with our recruitment efforts in Egypt, the Philippines, and other non-English speaking countries.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various online platforms such as job boards, social media, and forums to source potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews via video or phone calls to assess qualifications and language proficiency
- Provide information about job opportunities and assist candidates with the application process
- Collaborate with our team of recruiters to match suitable candidates with available positions
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment process

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional proficiency in Arabic or Tagalog is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and remotely from home
- Access to a stable internet connection and necessary equipment for virtual communication
