Barista - Entry Level

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and the ability to learn quickly on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Ensure all beverages are made according to company standards and customer preferences
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate customers
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in the coffee industry

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary - we will provide training!
- Must have strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to learn about coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and latte art

Salary: $1800/month
