A well-established factory in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled and dedicated Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production process. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as physical strength and stamina.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production process
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during operation
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory or production setting preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Own visa and able to work legally in Dubrovnik without requiring accommodation or language proficiency
