Database Administrator (Malayalee Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and integrity of our databases. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain database software
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Create and manage user accounts with appropriate permissions
- Manage data access and security
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and indexing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure database availability and functionality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Fluency in Malayalam language is preferred but not required
- Experience working with large databases or big data platforms
