Architecture Manager for Contract Position in Los Angeles, USA (Indians Preferred)


We are a leading architecture firm in Los Angeles and we are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national with experience in architecture to work in the dynamic city of Los Angeles.

As the Architecture Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Leading and managing a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and specifications
- Conducting site visits and providing guidance to ensure construction is in compliance with plans
- Identifying potential risks and finding solutions to mitigate them
- Ensuring all projects comply with building codes and regulations

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Manager or a similar position. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods is essential. Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred.

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. As this is not a permanent position, accommodation will not be provided. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.
