We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Pula, Croatia. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision metal parts. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a CNC Operator and strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. You should also have knowledge of different types of metal materials and their properties. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are crucial for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects or issues
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of metal materials and their properties
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
