As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact locations and measurements of land boundaries, elevations, and other features. You will use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers to collect data and create maps. Your role will be crucial in construction projects, land development, and environmental studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and other equipment
- Record accurate measurements and data to create maps and reports
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Train junior staff members on surveying techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying tools
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles
- Excellent numerical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
