Wedding Planner



We are seeking an experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultation with clients to final execution on the day of the event. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we welcome candidates from Pakistan and Egypt who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Research and recommend vendors, such as venues, florists, photographers, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments
- Coordinate and attend all necessary appointments with clients and vendors
- Oversee the design and decor of the event space
- Manage guest list, invitations, RSVPs, seating arrangements, etc.
- Ensure all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the event

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of different cultural wedding traditions is a plus
- Strong negotiation and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and creativity in event planning
