Office Assistant for English-Speaking Company in Ar-Ruwais
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our English-speaking company in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well in a fast-paced office environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, filing documents, and assisting with office operations. Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages and relay information to appropriate parties
- Manage schedules and appointments for office staff
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, emails, and forms
- File documents both physically and electronically
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and processing invoices
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with organizing meetings or events
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
