Rental Coordinator
We are a leading rental company based in Nairobi, seeking a dynamic and motivated Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the rental process, from managing customer inquiries and reservations to overseeing vehicle maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or rental industry preferred, but not required
- Must have own visa and be legally eligible to work in Nairobi
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person
- Assisting customers with vehicle selection, reservations and payments
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries and pickups according to customer needs
- Ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and serviced regularly
- Resolving any issues or complaints from customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of rental transactions, including contracts, payments, and vehicle availability
- Collaborating with other team members to meet sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
