As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of English-speaking customer service representatives in our fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality and efficient performance.
- Monitor team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of team members.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or Supervisor in a customer service environment is required.
- Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work full-time shifts including weekends if necessary.
