We are in search of an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with the ability to lead a team and oversee the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architecture projects, from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Lead a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality work
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Review and approve design plans, renderings, and other project documents
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
$1100 per month
