Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of commercial building projects
- Collaborate with senior architects to create conceptual designs and presentations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and timely completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
