Commercial Architect


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Experience managing budgets and timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees.

Location:
Our company is based in Karachi, Pakistan. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
