Land Surveyor


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to determine property boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects. This position is suitable for men and does not require proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total station, and levels
- Collect and analyze data to establish property boundaries
- Prepare survey reports and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey results
- Perform topographic surveys to determine the elevation of land
- Research previous survey records and legal documents to obtain necessary information
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in the field and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and CAD software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

This job is located in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
