Tiler Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers, ensuring that all tiling work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Plan and schedule tiling projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion
- Ensure all tiling work is performed accurately and to the required specifications
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Order and maintain supplies, equipment, and materials needed for tiling projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Experience in supervising or managing a team of tilers is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different tiling materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
