We are a growing company based in Chelyabinsk and we are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our database systems to ensure efficient and secure data management. Your role will involve monitoring database performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing backup and recovery plans.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Develop backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity
- Maintain database security by implementing access controls and monitoring user activity
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database design and functionality
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for database management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and data structures
- Experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Understanding of data security principles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1200$

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (accommodation provided)
