Team Lead - Customer Service (Egyptian Nationals)
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing customer service team in Las Vegas. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent support to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, including scheduling shifts and providing ongoing training and support
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle escalations from customers and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the team's performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team and driving results through coaching and feedback
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
