Teamlead - English Speaking (Egyptian), Las Vegas

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As an English speaking professional from Egypt, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects. This is a part-time position with the added benefit of free accommodation, visa, and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements
- Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Facilitate training sessions for team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar industry
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients or teams is an asset
- Project management certification (PMP) is an asset
