We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the entire project process from concept development to construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure that they adhere to design plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance when necessary
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
