Sales Manager for English Speaking Market in Khasab, Oman

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Sales Manager for the English speaking market, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision makers, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. This position requires strong communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the English speaking market
- Build relationships with potential clients and key decision makers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in accordance with company policies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform future sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting and budgeting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role within the English speaking market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Khasab, Oman (accommodation not provided)

Visa and Ticket: Visa sponsorship provided; one-way ticket upon successful completion of probationary period.
