Sales Manager - Khasab, Oman



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in the city. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Train, motivate and manage the sales team to ensure maximum performance
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, Urdu or any other language is a plus
- Availability to travel within Oman if required
