We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Merchandiser to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and promotions to increase sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers to develop effective merchandising strategies based on market trends and sales data
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Create eye-catching product displays that reflect current trends and appeal to target customers
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled according to company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, availability, and overall presentation
- Analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and make adjustments to merchandising strategies as needed
- Coordinate with marketing department to plan promotions and events that align with merchandising efforts
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide support in implementing them
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform future merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
