Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained at all times. Your duties will include managing a team of housekeeping staff, creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and supplies, and conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff and create work schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high levels of cleanliness and maintenance
- Train new housekeeping staff on company policies and procedures
- Handle guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Maintain records of expenses and budget for the housekeeping department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Implement safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: 1700$ per month.
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
Nationality Preference: Pakistani.
Language Requirement: English fluency required.
