Housekeeping Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel or resort
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and guest satisfaction
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff based on occupancy levels
- Handle guest complaints or special requests in a timely manner
- Train new employees on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in a hotel setting
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work long hours as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
