We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Wiltz. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed and stocked correctly, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Create attractive displays to showcase new and featured merchandise
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions and special displays
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper stock levels and displays in various locations
- Communicate with store managers to address any issues or concerns related to merchandise
- Manage budget for product purchasing and allocate resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' products, and consumer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Note: This job is open only for candidates from Pakistan who do not require English proficiency. However, fluency in English would be considered a plus.
