We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Bansko. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate cakes and pastries using different techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Creative flair for decorating baked goods
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport required (if not a Bulgarian citizen)

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Bansko (accommodation not provided)
